A Stolen Kiss

Rummaging around the house the other day I rediscovered some older wet prints that I produced a number of years ago, of which this is one of them. You may think you've seen this somewhere before, and you'd be right, I was inspired at the time by the famous Helmut Newton "Kiss" photograph, a print of which I saw in a cafe that I often frequented at the time. Liking the original image so much, I decided to attempt to create my own version!

Here, I've simply re-photographed my print, but originally it was shot on Ilford black & white film, and printed on Ilford pearl finish multigrade paper.
